Psalm 37: 21 - "The wicked borroweth, & payeth not again:" - Here is 1 description of the wicked. People who do not pay back what they have borrowed is wicked. There are many Christians who fit in this category. Christians ought not to borrow, according to other verses in the Bible; but if we do we should make sure we pay it back as quickly as possible. Otherwise we fit the description of the wicked person.
