A Quote for Today...
The important thing is this: to be able at any moment to sacrifice what we are for what we could become. Charles Du Bos

Looking @ Romans 8 PT. 2 - "35. shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?" - It has been prophesied that these things will take place in the end times. These things will and, in fact, are happening today around the world. Can any of this keep God's Love from us? NO! He said He will never leave us nor forsake us & God is love. Where God goes, so goes His love.

Looking @ Romans 8 PT. 1 - "35. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?" - "How much love does God have?" God's love is bigger, wider, &, greater than our mortal minds can grasp. His thoughts towards us alone are more than can be numbered. So, how much love does God have? It is endless. It reaches you wherever you find yourself. Rejoice in knowing that you are indeed loved by the Almighty's boundless love.

Looking @ Romans 5 PT. 5 - "and rejoice in hope of the glory of God." - Because of where we stand we rejoice in the "hope" or anticipation of the glory of God. There's no hoping, as we understand the word today i.e. I hope I win the game. No we are anxiously, anticipating the day WHEN we are able to see & testify of the glory of God. Even as we face hardships we can wait with great expectation 4 God's revealed glory.

Looking @ Romans 5 PT. 4 - "2. this grace wherein we stand " - The word wherein gives the conotation of being "in something, somewhere i.e. a city". We as Christians are stind in the place called grace. Think of grace as a building. When we stand IN grace what surrounds us?... That's right, the building of grace! As Christians we are surrounded by God's grace!! Where sin did abound Grace did MUCH MORE ABOUND!! GLORY!!

Looking @ Romans 5 PT. 3 - "2. we have access by faith into this grace" - Faith is the key that opens MANY doors in the Christian walk. By simply placing our faith in the finished work of Christ we have been given GREAT access to the door of justification, peace with God, & the gate to grace. WOW!! With this access there is 1 command God calls us to; go tell others of this wondrous gift & how to receive it. By FAITH.

Looking @ Romans 5 PT. 2 - "1. we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." A battle is raging for peoples souls today. People are hurting & in need of help. The world is seeking a peace that will last. (Just listen to the news.) The fact is they will NOT find it. Lasting peace is only found through Jesus. While the world is falling apart around us, fear not. As a Christian you have peace with God Himself.

Looking @ Romans 5 PT. 1 -"1. justified by faith" - Justified means that before God it is JUST as IF I had never sinnED. When God looks @ me He sees Christ's blood, not my sin. He paid all the cost of our sin - DEATH!! All we have to do is come to Him and place our faith in Him. We are justified by faith. We, as Christians should take this message to a lost, hoopeless, and dying world. Why be so selfish not to tell?

Matthew 28:20 - lo , I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.- We can discuss sports, cooking, or weather, but when it comes to Jesus we say "it's to personal." Is it worth talking to someone about the physical world only when that person may spend eternity in a literal burning lake of fire? We are not alon...e, Jesus is with us. Take Him by the hand through prayer & go tell others the gospel.

Matthew 28:18 - "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying , All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth." - Jesus did not simply command us to preach the gospel without having any authority to do so. In fact He has ALL authority and ALL POWER!! He said thatwe can go in His name and depend on His power. This means that we don't have to try in our fleshly power, we can rely on the Almighty's power. So let's go!

Mark 16:15 - "he said Go, and preach the gospel to every creature." - Christians today try to pick & choose to whom they share the gospel. This is not what we have been comanded. We are to tell EVERYONE. It makes no difference whether they are wealthy, poor, neat, messy, sweet smelling, or sour smelling. We are to share the gospel. It will only matter at the judgement if we have shared the gospel to every creature.

Mark 16:15 - "he said, Go, preach the gospel" - "God News Good News Christ died for me, Good news, Good news, if I believe Good news Good news I'll live eternqlly that's wonderful EXTRA Good News!" This is exactly what we are tell others. We are sinners, deserving hell, but Jesus died on an old rugged cross, rose again the 3rd day, & is set at theright hand of God. Let's go the world this great news i.e. the gospel!

Mark 16:15 - " he said, Go...,preach" As we go into the world we are given specific instructions of what to do. We are ALL to preach - proclaim openly & BOLDLY the gospel. We can give to those who do this, but we are PERSONALLY going to be held accountable for what we did PERSONALLY to proclaim the gospel. When you & I stand before God our Judge, what will He say about our "PREACHING". Commit today to BOLDLY PREACH.

Mark 16:15 - "Go ye into all the world" - While I know we can't reach the entire world alone we can help others who are called to go where we can't. We can help: Physically: Short term missions trip. Financially: Give help fulfill the great commission. Spiritually: Pray for the needs of misionaries. Ask yourself, "Am I 'Going into all the world'?" If not, let MMM help you to accomplish this goal. Send us a message.

In 1984: President Ronald Reagan, during a voice test he thought wasn't being recorded, replaced the standard "testing 1-2-3" with "My fellow Americans, I am pleased to tell you I just signed legislation which outlaws Russia forever. The bombing begins in five minutes." The statement was picked up by live TV cameras and carried worldwide.

Mark 16:15 - "Go ye" - When Jesus tells the apostles to go He specifies who is to go. "Ye". When God gives us a command He does not expect us to "pass the torch", He expects "ME" to do it. Too many Christians say "o.k. Lod, I will pass the message along to the pastor or the deacons and let them know what You said." NO, NO. We are to say "Yes Lord, I will go." We MUST stop putting off, while the world goes to Hell.

Mark 16:15 - "He said...Go" - When Jesus spoke to His apostles the first word required action, "Go". After 2,000 years that one word still echos in our hearts. "Go." Christ expects us to take action for His kingdom. We must grasp the importance of this action. We SAY we love the world, but how will they know unless we Christians get up from our "lazyboy's" & take action. "Who will Go?" "Here am I Lord send me."

A Quote for Today...
Even in literature and art, no man who bothers about originality will ever be original: whereas if you simply try to tell the truth (without caring twopence how often it has been told before) you will, nine times out of ten, become original without ever having noticed it. C. S. Lewis

Mark 16:15 - "And he said unto them," Jesus is about to say something that will truly change the world. The apostles heard & obeyed, though to them, it was a scary thought. What if Jesus were to ask you to do something that scared you? What if He called you to leave your comfort zone? Would you still obey? Be ready, be listening because soon Jesus will turn to you and speak. When He does you MUST give an answer...

I (Caleb) am beginning yet another exciting adventure! I feel that God wants me to write a unique book which will combine my personal life experiences and "Reasons to Praise the Lord" to encourage those facing hard times. God is expanding our borders quickly. We may be taking on a volunteer to help us in our ministry to help us be more effective in encouraging others. Please pray for these exciting times @ MMM!
