World Malaria Day. It's estimated that 350-500 million people suffer from the disease each year and one million of them die. Malaria is preventable and cureable, yet much of the world doesn't have access to or can't afford basic supplies and medicine.
Psalm 37:19 "They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied." - This verse is speaking of the "upright" found in v. 18. The days are evil all around us, but if we stand upright we will not be ashamed. It will be those who must hide their sins, lies, & deceptions that will be ashamed. When famine strikes, the upright will be satisfied. The upright are in the hands of God.

We can rejoice that Jesus willingly died for us so we don't have to pay for our sins on our own.

Wickedness is more than the "BIG" sins, it's also the small things we do to manipulate "the system".
