"What do you want for Christmas?" - I have learned that this is both a dangerous and loaded question. When asked people will give answers anywhere from "peace on earth" to "a new car". I usually say "I don't know". I have been thinking lately about my neighbors. I have lived in my house for 3 years & have not done a single thing for them. So this year I'm asking... "What can I give?, How can I be a better neighbor?"

Oh that we would do the same, what a difference that would make, what a testimony to the world!!

1 Chronicles 29:13 - "Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name." - This verse comes AFTER the children of Israel gave to the work of the Lord. Giving thanks is not meant to make us look good, instead it is meant to humble us.
