Apricot Cream Pie Recipe

In honor of learn how to make an Apricot Cream Pie day here is a recipe.

1 x 425g can apricot halves
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons self-raising flour
1 x 200g carton light sour cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
cinnamon (optinal)

Method
1. Drain apricots and place in pie dish
2. Combine sugar and flour, add egg, sour cream and vanilla. Beat until smooth
3. Pour over apricots and sprinkle with cinnamon
4. Bake at 190 degrees C for 40 minutes

I cannot begin to thank my friends enough for your prayers yesterday. God moved in the churches midst. As I was introduced to come to the pulpit, this time as pastor, the congregation began to clap. It was very humbling. We had a great service, after I stood, stared, & wept. I was & am overwhelmed at God's goodness. We will continue with MMM as well. God has sooo blessed me & for the life of I don't know why.
