MMM friends... Some have seen my blogtalkradio brodcast I post every Saturday. I have two of them "War on Weight" - 15 minutes long and "Consider This...Consider That" 30 minutes long. I am going to be changing that spot. Beginning Monday DEC. 5th BOTH shows will be a SHORT - less than 10 min. They will be aired every weekday.
