A Promise to Ponder Volume 3, Issue 34

Luke 2:7 - 7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

Christmas is approaching quickly and the question arises “Have you any room for Jesus?” We would all like to say “Why, of course there’s room for Jesus.” I have noticed something over the years of ministry. Many, Many people say there’s room for Jesus, but they don’t live like it. In biblical terminology that’s called a “hypocrite”. People are looking forward to Christmas because of the family time, vacation time, presents, and an array of other reasons however we tend to only give Christ the “due benevolence” on Christmas day when we spend three to four minutes reading the Christmas story. Christmas is about CHRIST.

Once Christmas is done we begin to think about the New Year and everything we plan to accomplish in the upcoming year. I want to encourage you today that as you begin to turn your attention toward Christmas and the New Year please make, not only room for Jesus but, Jesus PRIORITY in your life this year. Revival can only occur if Christians are awoken out of our sleeping state. There was no room for Jesus in the inn at Bethlehem, will there be room for Jesus in your heart, “inn”, for Jesus this year. If you are not 100% sure that you are on your way to heaven I would love to show you how you can know. If you are facing a trial and need someone to pray for you send me a message or contact me and I will put you on my prayer list. If you would like to have Miracle Morning Ministries share “A Promise to Ponder” seminar, revival meetings for adults, teens, or children, or if you are a pastor or know a pastor who needs someone to fill a pulpit please contact our ministry at 931-319-8626. We would love the opportunity to be a blessing to your church family through music, prayer support, and preaching.
